Cancellation fee

If you have accepted a formal written quote you are agreeing to proceed with the required works. If you wish to cancel the job a cancellation fee of 10% will incur.

Late fees

Late payments exceeding 60 days from the job date will incur a fee of $88 per job.

Warranty

Labour jobs such as gutter cleaning have a 7 day warranty. If you are having issues within the 7 days after the completion date we will return and inspect the problem free of charge. If there is a further cost and more work required we will advise you of this on site.
